The available weeks and rates for each apartment are detailed below. All rates are shown for 7 days, however should you wish to purchase multiple weeks we are happy to offer a possible reduction at time of booking (rates dependent). Please contact us for more information.

Q. Is the resort suitable for those with access needs?
Unfortunately due to the developments placement on the cliff side, there are circa 100 steps from the road access down to the block entrance and another circa 100 steps from the block down to the water front. As such this would NOT be suitable for anyone with ill health or mobility issues.
Q. How can I transfer from the airport to the Apartments?
The easiest way is via taxi directly from outside the airport. The journey takes approximitely 25 minutes at a cost of around 30 Euros. Buses also run from the airport to Ibiza town and from Ibiza town to Cala Llonga. This is a reduced cost but takes time.
We are also able to offer and arrange private airport transfers using our dedicated transfer provider. The cost is circa 60 Euros each way and the drivers will be waiting with a vehicle to take you directly to the apartment.
Q. Can we have more people in the apartment that the occupancy listed?
The simple answer is NO. Due to Spanish insurances/law we are not allowed to let these apartments over the occupancy they are designed to accomomdate. Anyone trying to abuse this can and will be removed from the property by the on site management staff tasked with ensuring the apartments are looked after and residents needs are met.
Q. Are the apartments serviced?
The apartment block is serviced by a team on lovely on site staff who live at the block all year round. Simone, Matthew and Pam are there to help with the needs of any guest or owner as well as looking after the cleaning of the apartments/block and the amenities such as the swimming pool. The apartments are provided with cleaning services on a weekly basis as well as linen/towel swap.
